The hardest thing for me was, I didn’t know anything. Like I’ve never built business online, but I’ve never built a physical location. So meeting with engineers and understanding construction, I think the biggest thing that I’m trying to say is that, like, when you start something, you’re not supposed to know how to every how everything works. But you just need to be willing to take the leap of faith, right. And that’s what I did. I didn’t know about construction, I didn’t know about co working. But what I didn’t know was that I was believing in the built my ability to figure it out, you know, and here I am now and I’m still learning obviously, there’s a lot of things that I’m still learning every day, but the hardest thing for me was the truth is everything. Like just figuring it out as you go. But I think the most important thing is to make the commitment first, and then figure it out as you go, but not the other way around people. Like I’m gonna figure everything out first, and then come in, make a commitment that you’re going to do it no matter what you’ll figure it out. And that’s what I did. Let’s look at to do that. But that was the biggest thing.

Yeah, all day, all day. I know what I know. Okay and I’m going to share with you guys are now hits two things number one is to understand who it is that you’re talking to. When I made my youtube channel I was making it strictly for people who wanted to build an online business

to make money online corny and weird but that’s the truth and that’s what my market was understanding

the number two thing and I think that’s equally if not more important than number one is understanding

when you understand what you’re dealing with pretty chart on the left side right problem and the right side right solution okay.

Left side, you’re going to write down the top five problems at that particular market deals with every single day. And then on the right side, you’re going to create videos that reflect and answer those questions in. Okay, and why this is important. I haven’t 150 videos on YouTube. But the truth is, if you guys really pay attention, I’m only answering five questions and the questions that the biggest five struggles that my market experience every day on Instagram with just one and it might send

no practical advice on LinkedIn because I understand who I’m dealing with and what their problems are so that I can attack it. And you do that by talking to people.
